Here are described the management methods of the websites http://www.omniafilm.it (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”) in relation to the processing of personal data of users who consult it. This information is provided in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation 679/2016/EU on data protection (GDPR), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation to those who interact with the web services of the site and does not include the processing carried out on other sites possibly consulted by the user via links on the site itself. Users are invited to read this information carefully before submitting any personal information.
Data Controller
Following the consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons (hereinafter referred to as “User”) may be processed. The data controller is Omnia Film. (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”). As of today, any information regarding the Controller, along with the updated list of the appointed managers and system administrators, can be found at Omnia Film, located at Borgo Vittorio, 85 - 00193 Rome.
Purpose, Lawfulness of Processing, Types of Data, and Criteria Used to Determine the Retention Period of Personal Data Navigation Data Browsing the site involves the acquisition of some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (navigation data). These are pieces of information not collected to be associated with identified users, but which, by their very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server where the site is hosted or which manages the delivery of the requested services, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the users.
List of purposes for which user's personal data will be processed:
• use of the site;
• any statistics on the use of the service (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
• any checks on the correct functioning of the offered services.
User's navigation data are stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and in any case not exceeding 30 (thirty) days, except for the time necessary to fulfill requests received from the Judiciary Authority for defense and/or state security purposes and/or prevention, detection, or suppression of crimes or to satisfy requests received from the Data Protection Authority.
The lawfulness of the processing of personal data is based on the need to pursue the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6.1 letter f) of the Regulation).
Newsletters and Mailing List
With express and explicit consent, the User's personal data (name, surname, email address, etc.) are processed for sending informational promotional and/or advertising material, conducting market research, commercial communications, and direct sales activities on services and products offered by the Controller. The lawfulness of the processing of personal data for the above purposes is based on the free, express, and explicit consent of the user (Art. 6.1 letter a) of the Regulation). User's personal data are stored until the user revokes consent or for the time necessary to manage any appeals or disputes.
Contacts Section
The personal data provided by the User who accesses the contacts section by sending a message will be used solely to perform the requested service. The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on the site, by its very nature, involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender's email address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered in the message. The lawfulness of the processing of personal data is based on the need to execute a contract of which the user is a party (Art. 6.1 letter b) of the Regulation) User's personal data are stored for the time necessary to provide the requested service or for the time necessary to manage any appeals or disputes.
Methods of Processing Personal Data
The processing of User's personal data takes place at the premises of the Controller, or where necessary, at the premises of any external Managers specifically appointed under Art. 28 of the Regulation or at the entities mentioned in the paragraph “Communication and Dissemination of Personal Data”. Personal data are processed with automated tools. Specific security measures are observed to prevent loss, unlawful and/or incorrect use, unauthorized access to data. The processing of personal data is carried out to the extent strictly necessary for the performance of the functions for which the service is required, excluding processing when the purposes pursued can be achieved through anonymous data or methods that allow identifying the user only if necessary.
Communication and Dissemination of Personal Data
Personal data, where necessary, may be communicated (by this term meaning to make it known to one or more specific subjects) to subjects whose faculty to access the data is recognized by national and European Union law provisions. Personal data are in no case disseminated (with this term meaning making it known in any way to a plurality of unspecified subjects, except for legal obligations).

Rights of the Data Subject (User)
At any time, the User can exercises the following rights:
• the right to receive in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format the personal data concerning them provided to a data controller and has the right to transmit those data to another data controller without hindrance from the data controller to whom the data have been provided;
• the right to obtain access to their personal data;
• the right to obtain the rectification of their personal data where it does not conflict with the legislation in force on data retention;
• the right to obtain the deletion of their personal data where it does not conflict with the legislation in force on data retention;
• the right to obtain the limitation of processing of their personal data;
• the right to object at any time for reasons related to their particular situation, to the processing of their personal data.
The User can exercise the above rights with a request addressed informally to the data controller or the Data Protection Officer/Data Protection Manager by hand delivery, traditional mail, registered letter, fax, or by email to the following address info@omniafilm.it.

Right to Lodge a Complaint
It is made known to the User that they have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in particular, the Italian Data Protection Authority www.garanteprivacy.it).
